My goal is to change how you approach your hair and give you the tools, education, and confidence to take care of your curls with less stress and more freedom — even on days when the plan goes sideways.

For over 20 years, I fought with my own curls—frizz, undefined shape, and a constant stream of products that never delivered what they promised. Like many of my clients, I was stuck in a cycle of trial and error, trying to “tame” my hair into something it was never meant to be. When I finally learned how curly hair actually works, everything changed.
That’s what led me here: helping others break that same cycle.
I’m not just a hairstylist—I’m an educator and a guide.
What makes me different is that I go deep into teaching you what your curls need and why. I don’t want you to leave the salon dependent on me; I want you to leave empowered. And when your appointment is over, my support doesn’t stop there.
My clients have access to ongoing resources, education, and encouragement through my exclusive Curl Lounge—because transformation takes time, and you don’t have to do it alone.
I design each appointment with your learning style in mind—whether you’re visual, hands-on, or need to hear it explained. My goal is to help you feel confident recreating your look at home with predictable, healthy results. Every policy I ask you to follow, I hold myself to as well. Respect and accountability go both ways.
Straightforward by nature, I value honesty and character—both in how I show up for my clients and in the relationships I build with them. If you’re looking for someone who will give you fluff and filters, I may not be your person. When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me golfing or hanging out with my dogs and my son in the yard, surrounded by flowers and a good breeze. I love reading fantasy fiction (especially Tijan and Kim Harrison), and I’ll never say no to a live concert—whether it’s Rob Zombie, Ice Cube, or William Clark Green.
